REFUND POLICY

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We apologize if you received a defective or damaged item. and its operated by Pixelvibe It Services Private Limited To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving it. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item  and we will arrange a return or exchange for you. Returned items must be undamaged and show no signs of wear.
All labels, packaging and invoices must be retained to ensure a successful return. 
Returns may not be processed if any of these items are missing. Please contact our support team within 48 hours if an item does not arrive in  original condition or is missing parts. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process

Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return. During this process, they will provide you with specific instructions and guide you through the process. We will process the refunds or exchanges within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.  

Return Shipping

In  case of  return, shipping costs must be incurred by the user. However, in the event of an error on our part, we will happily cover the cost of the return.

Refund Method 

Once a refund is received, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used to process the refund, if a refund is applicable. Once our team receives and inspects the returned item, you can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days.
