Our domestic shipping service is very reliable, with an estimated delivery time  of 3-8 business days from the date of shipment. We remind you that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, destination and external factors, such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Please notify our team within 48 hours of receiving your order if it is lost or damaged. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your order. 

Address Accuracy

To ensure  successful delivery, it is important to provide the correct delivery address during the ordering process. We cannot be  responsible for  delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

It's not always  possible to make changes to an order after it has been processed. This is because when our team begins preparing shipments for shipping, some details may not be able to be changed. Before placing an order, please ensure that the shipping information you have provided is correct to avoid any possible complications.

Order Cancellations 

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so before the order is shipped. You may cancel your order by accessing your account on our website and going to the “Order” section. However, cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been shipped. We will  notify you immediately via email or text message of any cancellation in the event of any problems or obstacles in shipping or fulfilling your order.
